Update: It appears that some Ben & Jerry’s locations are requiring a coupon to get this deal. I would suggest printing out the offer page on the Ben & Jerry’s website and taking it in.

We mentioned this offer at the Ben and Jerry’s in Old Town Alexandria this Monday and they said that we needed to have the coupon, although when I checked Ben and Jerry’s website, there was no barcoded coupon. I think it may have just been poor management at this particular sight, but you may want to call ahead about the sundae deal just to be sure!
